I just love the serene ‘end of day’ atmosphere in this large oil painting by the acclaimed Cornish artist, Andrew Tozer (b.1974). Painting in the en plein air tradition, Tozer skillfully captures the fleeting light and shadows as the sun sets over Helford Passage in Falmouth.
